Professional coach and founder of The Tennis
Channel, Steve Bellamy used to own six tennis
clubs. Today, he owns just one: The Palisades
Tennis Center. When fighting for the launch of
his television channel, he liquidated all his other
assets, but kept the Center, as it was a bit of a
pet project, a place to call his own in his community.
A lucky break for us. The Palisades Tennis
Center is a ton of fun. It’s addictive. In addition
to private and semi-private tennis lessons, they
offer Live Ball Clinics. Live Ball is a game that
Bellamy invented. It’s basically a fast version
of doubles, where the pro does all the serving from
the sidelines, and the players battle it out in what
appears to be one long point. You get sweaty and
exhausted, but it’s so much fun that you crave more.
Let’s just say one clinic is never enough…
Unfortunately, there is no website, so you have to
call for a schedule, or better yet, stop by and bring
your racket!

Lots of specialists argue that mortgage loans help people to live the way they want, because they can feel free to buy needed goods. Furthermore, a lot of banks present short term loan for young and old people.
